Ingredients:
Sweet potatoes
Vegetable oil
Cinnamon sugar
Butter
Directions:
1. Heat the oven to 375°F and arrange a rack in the middle.
2. Slice an “X” into the top of a sweet potato, rub vegetable oil all over, and place it directly on the rack with a piece of foil on the rack below.
3. Bake until the potato is easily pierced with a knife, about 60 to 70 minutes.
4. Top with butter and cinnamon sugar and serve.
